One day we will be big enough to cover the cost of shipping. We will do our best to ship daily!
All orders over $150 before tax, with a shipping address in Canada, will receive FREE standard shipping.
Under $100 in Canada is subject to a flat rate $10 CAD. We are now offering $5 Calgary and Foothills
delivery as well as free local pick up.
United States shipping is subject to a flat rate of $25 CAD and international orders $50 CAD.
Please double check your shipping address is correct, we cannot re direct orders once they leave our inventory room.
Returns and Exchanges
You will have 15 days after receiving your package to send it back to Salt and Lime for in-store credit. All items must be in 100% new condition, unworn with all the original tags in place and please include a copy of the receipt. Please make sure clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged items. Once we receive your package we will notify you via email and proceed with exchange or in- store credit. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges and we require that you insure the package. We will not be responsible for the cost of any lost packages. Again please note that Salt and Lime Cloth Bar is not responsible for the shipping charges on either initial delivery or return.
We can not guarantee that the item will be available in the size or color requested and we will do our very best to re-order it for you.
